Most "oriental cuisines" include meat as an ingredient. Don't blame meat for your lack of imagination. Many people who eat meat manage to vary their diets, even "orientals."
Your diet is commercially grown. Commercially grown grains and legumes, like soybeans, require large tractors and heavy machinery for planting and harvesting and processing. Those farm machines kill and injure many animals. Your diet, like one which includes meat, is not free of the suffering or death of sentient beings.
You're apparently ignorant of how your vegetables, grains, and legumes are grown, not to mention how animals are really treated on farms. You should throw out your animal rights propaganda and go visit a farm to see for yourself how animals are treated.
Of course you do, your self-righteousness is apparent. Do you grow all your own food or do you buy grains, legumes, and vegetables at the store? If you buy it, you can safely assume animals died to get it to your table.
Your self-righteousness is much more disgusting, especially as it's misplaced. Your meals are every bit as bloody as anyone else's.
Go gaze at your navel and contemplate how smug and self-righteous you really are. You've yet to consider how your food is grown, and the cost to animals in routine agriculture. You're a charlatan: you only give animals lip-service.
