In a couple of weeks we will be going on vacation in the NW US and we would appreciate pointers to good, affordable veg restraunts in Portland, Seattle, Victoria and Vancouver, BC. prepared on the road (we will have a camp stove, so cooking is do-able, but easy preparation is an important consideration).
