The RSPB run a few reserves in partnership with game hunters. WWT run reserves to slaughter wildlife, it's common for the pro hunt lobby to con us into donating for protection of animals and then using those donations to kill wildlife.

Concern over Trust's land sale Jul 1 2003
by Rhodri Clark, The Western Mail
PLANS by the National Trust to sell some of its land to housing developers have rekindled the fears of objectors who fought off a similar proposal in the 1990s.
In 1997, the Trust sought planning permission to build 221 houses on open countryside near Colwyn Bay.

Malcolm Ogilvie CONservation hooligan often advocates the trapping and slaughter of corvids, one of his nazi style pet hates.
It would seem the law is helping old Mags out a little. RSPB, Woodland

I'm a new comer to the group. How is everybody? I'm doing pretty well. Anyway, my name is Matt, I'm 19 and a neo-vegetarian.
Actually, I was one before and now (since I have more money coming in)
I am again.
I first became one because of my hero, "Weird Al" Yankovic

and then I did it for my own benefit. I couldn't really afford it so I stopped, and now since I can afford it I am continui

I'm sure most of you have heard of the big fires in California by now. But you probably haven't heard of the uncaring treatment and total abandonment of over 300 horses. Officials estimate that is the minimum number of horses that were irresponsibly abandoned and left caged with not eve nthe means to flee as the fires approach them.
