I've just started to get into weightlifting a little more seriously, and
I'm wondering if there's any good high protein vegan meals around.
atleast double the amount of carbs as protein.
The majority of my protein now comes from a soy protein powder that I have of a morning. If I'm going to up my protein I'd prefer to do it through meals

I was wondering if there are any other ways to use the protein powder you're generally supposed to use in shakes/drinks. Is it possible to include it in baked goodies? or would you just use soy flour or something like that?
hmm... what exactly *is* the soy protein shake powder type stuff anyway?

I`ve been feeling a little tired lately and a nutritionist recommended that I increase my protein intake by having a protein powder smoothie for breakfast.

I have been vegetarian for about a year, but my lifestyle is really busy and I just dont have the time right now to ensure that i`m getting a really good balance of nutrients. And I also feel I`m eating too many carbs and not enough protein.
I have decided to go on protein powder and multivitamins. Does anyone have info or experience on these?
