A food question on a.f.v .. don't be too shocked now

I've just started to get into weightlifting a little more seriously, and
I'm wondering if there's any good high protein vegan meals around.

atleast double the amount of carbs as protein.

The majority of my protein now comes from a soy protein powder that I have of a morning. If I'm going to up my protein I'd prefer to do it through meals

This is a long story but I'll make it as quick as possible. I am a foster parent for two kids, one around 4 years old, the other 13. My husband has a full-time job but also helps out at times. Both of these kids are disabled and unable to eat well at all. The agency we work through has suggested that we go to this feeding clinic that teaches them about eating food, how to swallow, etc. I didn'

I'll bet that if the number of vegetarians in New York City (rough population of 10 million) doubled from 5% to 10% (again these are rough estimates) there would be a dramatic drop in animal deaths. The anti's here will argue that eating grass fed cows (GFC's) is the way to reduce CD's and the vegetarian diet drastically increases the CD's. However many cows served up in NYC are not GFC's. Sigh ... must stop feeding the troll.

Or maybe just have a big net that scooped large numbers of cows up and pulled them under water so they would drown....
