Wonder if anyone out there has any pros/cons or info/websites with information on whether taking vitamin/mineral supplements is good or bad...
(the argument I know against them is they reduce the bodies capacity to absorb naturally occurring vit/mins...

hi all I`m new in this group. I don`t eat meat because it doesn`t make complete sense the way we go about keeping livestock, and I don`t really get the urge to eat meat anyway. I have nothing against people eating meat and I never ever preach to them to stop, (even though I have many good reasons)
But I find them preaching to me to eat meat!
